Excellent place with amenities like free wi-fi, outdoor swimming pool, and 24-hour reception. The staff once helped me with a local taxi recommendation, which I still remember. Definitely a great stay!

The rooms were both new-fashioned, updated, complete with balcony and EXCELLENT FACILITIES, for instance...

Would book again, enjoyed this place, thank you very much. The services are top-notch, including a great pool. Btw parking is possible on-site. The setting is great and lovely, just next door to the hill, and Varenna & Bellagio, really crowded area. Also, it's minutes from Moltrasio and other tourist sights.

Suitable accommodation for a relaxing break. Quirky accommodation with competent and lively stuff members at check-out. Excellant food in the lakeside restaurant.

Staff were very helpful plus a good variety of food at breakfast.

There was building work taking place that we were not made aware of, and we insisted on an alternative room because of the noise and the loss of view on the first room offered. Additionally a cost of 20 Eurros per day to park a car is unrealistic. Restuarant was expensive but perhaps expected for a 4 star hotel.

Its very close to the boats that take you to the different villages in lake Como. Very convenient. Dinner in the terrace by the lake was a joy.

We stayed at the hotel for a 10-day vacation. We enjoyed it a lot and will definitely recommend to all our friends and family.

I loved relaxing on the balcony overlooking the lake while soaking in the bright and airy room, and it felt so convenient being just a few steps from the ferry station, making it perfect for exploring the fine surroundings.

Fine Views, Underwhelming Service

The beautiful spa room boasted amazing lake views. Despite serene surroundings, the service often fell short, with slow room service and confusion with our reservations. If you want a tranquil spot to relax, this hotel offers that, but be prepared for some hiccups along the way.

Generously sized room with excellent views of lake with balcony. Excellent decorations and en suite facilities. Great location with pool next to lake, also very convenient for boat jetty for getting around the lake without the car. Lovely lakeside restaurant with garden area.

There's nothing to dislke. All the staff are very friendly and are willing to help you. The location literally on the shore of Lake Como is perfect. Close to the ferry, so easy to hop from town to town to explore. Hotel restaurant has beautiful view of lake, and the food is pretty special too. Small town but as well as the hotel there was a bar serving snacks and another restaurant, so had we stayed there and not moved, food would not have been a problem.

This isn't a complaint - just a cheeky observation............. I've spent the last year learning Italian but all the staff, keen to improve their English because of the American interest, told me not to bother making the effort!!!!!!
